Our three leaders, Glenn Miller, Bret Matteis and Gordon Crews have built many projects in Bend and the surrounding communities that reflect the region’s spirit and individuality. They have excellent relationships with local subcontractors, suppliers and city officials. History
HSW Builders is an affiliate company of Howard S. Wright Construction Co., which has operated in the Northwest since 1885. Howard S. Wright Construction Co. has shaped the skyline with landmark projects such as the Space Needle and Monorail in Seattle and Pioneer Place and ODS Office Tower in Portland. Over the years, we have steadily built a strong base of clients on the West Coast who regularly choose to negotiate their projects.
Stability in the Marketplace
At 121 years, the Howard S. Wright companies are among the oldest operating building contractors in the West. We’ve been careful to not lose sight of who we are: a dedicated group of builders who enjoy working together to construct quality projects on-time and on-budget.
