Bret Matteis Bret Matteis, General Manager
Bret is one of the most highly respected construction managers in Central Oregon. Through his skilled leadership and his vast project management experience in areas such as scheduling, estimating and budgeting, Bret has contributed to the success of over $150 million worth of Central Oregon projects. Bret has a degree in Construction Management from California State University, Chico.

 

Ron Edgerton, Vice President of Operations
As Vice President of Operations, Ron is responsibe for one or more construction projects at any given time. During Preconstruction Ron assists the estimator, provides value engineering proposals, prepares work plans, reviews schedules and works with the design team to provide feedback on construction methods and details. During construction, Ron monitors the progress of the work, reviews progress on schedule, safety, and the construction team's contract management process. Ron prefers to have the construction team meet weekly to review the project, identify challenges, develop the plan to overcome the challenges and monitor the implementation. He meets with the owner weekly to review the project and address any issues that may arise. Ron believes in open communication so that expectations are identified and addressed.
