Bret Matteis, General Manager
Bret is one of the most highly respected construction managers in Central Oregon. Through his skilled leadership and his vast project management experience in areas such as scheduling, estimating and budgeting, Bret has contributed to the success of over $150 million worth of Central Oregon projects. Bret has a degree in Construction Management from California State University, Chico. | |

Glenn Miller, Operations Manager
With over 30 years in diversified development and construction management experience, Glenn is one of Central Oregon’s most experienced project managers. From conceptual drawings through final completion, Glenn’s leadership, knowledge and his emphasis on Owner satisfaction has resulted in one successful project after another. Glenn has a Masters Degree in Urban Planning from the University of Michigan School of Architecture and Urban Planning.

Gordon Crews, General Superintendent
Gordon’s work can be seen on a number of projects throughout Oregon. His resume includes a new University library in western Oregon and student union in southern Oregon, and a diverse array of challenging projects throughout Central Oregon, including the Mill Quarter block in Bend. Gordon’s extensive experience as a Superintendent and his excellent mentoring capabilities are reflected in his leadership in and out of the field. Previous to joining HSW Builders, Gordon worked for commercial contractors in Bend and Florida and served in the US Marine Corp. | | |
