Les Schwab Corporate Headquarters

We broke ground in September 2007 on the 120,000 sf Les Schwab Corporate Headquarters in Northeast Bend. Working closely with Owner Representative Shiels Obletz Johnsen, Project Architect GBD, and Les Schwab Headquarters representatives, a high standard for design and quality was established and implemented. The building’s skin is a combination of composite metal panels, architectural pre-cast concrete, and storefront glazing. The building’s interior is highlighted with native sandalwood stone. Even more impressively, HSW accelerated this fast-track project through the harsh 2007-2008 winter and finished the project on December 12, 2008 – one week ahead of schedule.
