NorthWest Crossing Town Center is located in the heart of NorthWest Crossing, Bend’s award winning mixed-use community. HSW Builders has completed Buildings F & G, and is currently constructing Buildings D & E. The first is 3,000 sf of restaurant space. The second is a 2-story, 12,600 sf office building that includes solar rooftop panels and a host of sustainable features. HSW Builders is proud to be the General Contractor on these environmentally friendly projects.
Building F is LEED Silver, Building G is pending LEED Silver, and both projects are among the first LEED projects in Central Oregon.
